    Benji, Shyla, Ajay, Trix, Fujiko and Eric discover its branches are damaged. Who could have hurt the tree, and why? The stream, the Tadpole Run, is full of rubbish, and there's not a frog in sight. The friends decide to form the Woodland Explorers Club. Their mission is to solve the mystery of the Emerald King, protect the animals of Willow Wish Woods and bring the magic of the forest back to life.

  • Shyla's Wood Wide Web

    Shyla's special binoculars help the Woodland Explorers discover the power of fungi and the magic of Willow Wish Woods.

    At Forest School, the Woodland Explorers are learning about fungi and how it connects trees underground in a huge network known as the Wood Wide Web. When Shyla is given her grandmother's binoculars, she discovers mushrooms growing in a circle, called a pixie ring. Suddenly her eyes are opened to a whole new world - and magical woodland creatures show Shyla how to spread the word about protecting the forest.

  • Ajay and the Red-winged Prince

    When history-loving Ajay discovers an amazing old book in the library, with a beautiful map of Willow Wish Woods, he knows it's something special. It tells the story of the Red-Winged Prince, who cared for the forest long ago and looked after the animals.

    When Ajay sees that the woods are being damaged by a gang of older children, he decides to be brave like the prince and stand up for what is right.

  • Fujiko and the Fox

    Since breaking her arm in a cycling accident, Fujiko misses playing her violin and something strange is going on with sounds. Instead of tweeting birds and rustling leaves, she keeps hearing tyre screeches and sirens. When the Woodland Explorers find a fox living in the woods, Fujiko discovers they have a special connection.

    Friends, fireworks, foxes and an autumn festival all play a part in Fujiko's story as she recovers from her accident and music returns to her life.
